I have been living at the bleeding edge of Sim racing since I bought my 1st Fanatec wheel, left Gran  Turismo  moved to Asseto Corsa and fooled around with primative tactile using a bass amp hooked to a bass shaker and bought an origina occulus and tried to get it running on AC. I tried HP reverb, ACC and Steam VR... no joy. I am a dreamer and keep throwing the money at ti when someone seems to have taken the next step. I am a proud owner of a Pimax Crystal Super. I am blown away. For the first time I've seen the "green hell" in all of it's undulating glory. I now under stand why cars have acted like they do, I can see the earth changing beneath the track. But I am saddened that I am experiencing without the rumble of the engine and the texture of the road surface being fed through by my faithful friend SimVibe.

I discover that I can have VR or I can have SimVibe but I can't have them both.Sim Commander apparently can't share an Open XR launch with a Pimax launch.
Vision is more compelling than tactile but I want both. So my question is 1) Whwn will Sim Experieance provide the hooks necessary to operate cooperatively with Open XR.

Humm not sure if I understand correctly your problem, but you should be able to use VR with your pimax along with sim commander with no problem. If you decide to launch the game with pimax play (or steam), you'll need to start the profile with sim commander after. It will attach to the already running process. I'm currently using a Pimax Crystal Light with simcommander and OpenXr without problem.
