I posted here in the Owners Club but my post was rejected, Why?

We are attempting to build a Q&A style resource for SimXperience customers. This effort is being undertaken on a per product basis.
Our previous free-form forum became full of obsolete information, bad user to user advice and support requests from users that weren't applicable to others. In short, there were many posts to sort through and few of them were useful.
In order for this new resource to be both accurate and useful as time passes, we need to ask some basic things from users:
Please ask questions. Questions should end with a ? and be phrased accordingly.
Please post answers to other peoples questions. Answers should directly address the question in a respectful and thorough manner.
Feel free to comment on someone's question or answer.
Please upvote answers that helped you so that future users will see that answer first.
This is NOT the place for bug reports. Bugs are resolved when reported and there is already a bug reporting system. There is no point in cluttering this Q&A forum with soon to be solved bug reports as they would have no value to future users of the forum.
This is NOT the place for customer support. The infrastructure behind the existing help desk allows us to much more effectively handle support requests than a Q&A style forum would. Also, the help desk allows us to track common mistakes that users make. We attempt to address these in Sim Commander updates, again rendering this type of forum content irrelevant and maybe even misleading to future forum users.
So what is this forum for? Ask anything about how to configure our products, how to use our products, how to tune our products, etc.. Almost any type of usage questions will have value to future users of the forum and are therefore welcomed here.
Eventually we hope to offer a bot that can easily answer common questions for you even more quickly than you could locate answers by searching here. Since this forum data will feed that bot, we cannot allow posts where the question is not in question form or is a bunch of user opinion, etc.. We need well formed questions that have future relevance.
If you take issue with this attempt to provide a more useful public resource, please drop us a note. We value your opinion.
IF YOU HAVE AN ACCOUNT ON OUR WEBSITE AND YOUR POST IS NOT DEEMED SUITABLE FOR LONG TERM STORAGE IN OUR QUESTION AND ANSWER FORUM, WE WILL CONVERT YOUR POST TO A HELP DESK TICKET AND REMOVE IT FROM THE Q&A DATABASE.
