This policy explains how SimXperience (Villers Enterprises Ltd., 2230 Picton Parkway, Akron, OH 44312) collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit www.simxperience.com, contact us, book a test drive, use our software or buy from us.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us: your name, email, phone number, company, ZIP code, shipping and billing address, and anything you write in a form, ticket, chat or email (for example the simulator you are interested in, your room size or your venue plans).
  • Orders and accounts: order history, delivery details, warranty and support records, and the login details of your SimXperience portal or Sim Commander account.
  • Payments: card payments are processed by Authorize.net and PayPal. We do not store full card numbers. Financing applications are made directly with our financing partner Avvance under its own privacy policy.
  • Automatic information: pages viewed, links clicked, device, browser, approximate location and the website that referred you, collected with cookies and similar technologies (see below).

How we use it

  • To answer questions, prepare quotes, schedule test drives, and deliver, install and support your products.
  • To process payments, prevent fraud and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
  • To send order, delivery and support messages, and, if you agree or are a customer, news and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To measure and improve our website and advertising.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

We use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our site and to measure and show our ads, including to people who have visited our site. These services may set cookies and receive information such as pages viewed and actions taken. You can control cookies in your browser, opt out of personalized Google ads at adssettings.google.com, manage Microsoft ad preferences at account.microsoft.com/privacy, and use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. We honor Global Privacy Control signals where required by law.

How we share information

We share information only as needed to run our business: with payment processors, financing partners you choose to apply with, shipping and installation partners, software and hosting providers (including Odoo), and analytics and advertising providers as described above, and when required by law or to protect our rights. We do not sell personal information for money.

How long we keep it

We keep order, warranty and support records for as long as needed to support your products and meet legal requirements, and other information only as long as it is useful for the purposes above.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop marketing messages, by emailing CustomerSupport@SimXperience.com or calling (330) 818-9838. Residents of California and other states with privacy laws may have additional rights, including the right to opt out of targeted advertising; we will not discriminate against you for using them.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please never send passwords or full card numbers by email.

Children

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
