I've been very happily racing with Sim Commander/Simvibe in Automobilista 1 every day last week (and for years before that), but I've just this moment updated Sim Commander to v4.5.1.24 and now when I try to launch AMS1 from Sim Commander it immediately cancels and says 'Game plugin pre-launch tasks failed (result=Exception) for plugin 'Automobilista (Steam) Game Plugin'.

The same error occurs for rFactor 2.

Is there anyone out there who can suggest why this is happening?

I have not changed any other settings since racing yesterday, so I don't want to start changing things, in case it is an error in the update. 

Please can anyone help?


EDIT to add, Assetto Corsa, Assetto Corsa EVO, Le Mans Ultimate, are launching OK in Sim Commander, but after many attempts to try different settings for AMS and rF2, they simply don't work anymore.

Please can you advise?

EDIT 2: I give in. There definitely seems to be a problem with the AMS1 and rF2 plugins, I've tested several other sims and they work as expected, but not these two any more. I hope a developer might read this and look into it.
