You answered my question perfectly, sorry for the lack of clarity! I wanted to remove the cloud tuning, video was what I needed.

The question isn't completely clear. I'm not sure if you want to duplicate a profile or prevent further cloud tuning modifications to a profile or export a profile to a file on your PC.

In general, the only things you should change on a cloud tuning profile are intensity and smoothing sliders. Those are user preferences and remain across cloud tuning sessions. So If you change the acceleration intensity slider to 70%, it will stay that way as you load different cars and tracks. This covers 95% of scenarios so there aren't many cases where you would need to save a cloud-modifed profile.

However, you may want to duplicate a profile which is basically saving off a copy of it so that you can further experiment with intensity and smoothing sliders without losing your current settings. Here is how:

Duplicate A Profile

You can duplicate a profile by hovering over it and clicking the duplicate button. This will duplicate it exactly how it is so if it's a cloud tuning profile the duplicate will get cloud tuning applied to it each time you launch it.

Remove Cloud Tuning From A Profile

There may be some cases where you like a profile so much that you just want to freeze it in time. To do this, you would duplicate it, then perform the following steps to make it a non-cloud-tuned profile: How To Remove Cloud Tuning In A Profile

Export A Profile

There may be times when you want to export your profile to a file on disk. You may do this for example to save a backup of a profile you like, or to share it with someone else. To export a profile, simply hover over it and click the export button.
