When I load in iracing my wheel shakes, sometimes becoming very violent. Once I load a profile in, it’s good. Is my v2 dying?

That wouldn't indicate that the wheel is damaged or going bad. It's more likely that some settings are goofed up. There are settings in the control center that are applied when Sim Commander starts. There are settings in the profile that are applied when you launch the profile in Sim Commander. I would take a look at the settings you have set for within Sim Commander or reach out to the support team and just ask them them for the default settings.
