Hey there. I'm new here so I haven't bought any Accuforce products yet, but I've come across another person selling his wheel base and been tempted to buy it since it's in my budget.
Here's where my dilemma is. Simcommander requires a license to use but since I haven't bought the product from the site, I don't get the license unless the other party transfers it to my account, or he gives me his account that has the license, but he might not do that if he has other products that use Simcommander or has simply lost where the license is.
This is where I was wondering what I should do. Do I buy another license for $90? Or am I able to open a support ticket to SimExperience showing that I bought the product from a third party seller and they'll link a new license to my account at no extra charge?
Note: I have not bought the wheel setup from the private seller yet. I'm just wondering how I should go about the SimCommander software. I don't want to spend a bunch of money on a wheel that won't work because I am unable to obtain a license from the private seller and then have to pay even more to buy a new software when I can just notify SimExperience that I bought the product (If I go about buying it)

If you don't trust the seller to provide the license, don't buy from him. We don't hand out free licenses in the event the seller kept it to use for SimVibe or other purposes. Only buy from trustworthy sellers or be prepared to buy your own license.
