Windows 11 - New install COMMANDER 4 -3 DOF - Install Wizard will not see actuators?

Computer crashed and this is a fresh new build.

I am pretty sure i see the actuators in device management in USB's

Yep that did work. now i have a new request in for help.

If Sim Commander doesn't see the actuators connected to the SX-4000 and everything is connected (both USB and to wall power), then most likely the drivers aren't fully installing in Windows.
