Hello all

I have had the GS5 and G belt for a couple years now, and it has worked well. However, recently after doing some cable management on the rig, there is an error code present when trying ti launch games from sim commander. Furthermore, the belt does not actuate at all when starting the application like it used to, and the seat only very very lightly engages the upper two panels, whereas before it would strongly engage all the panels.

I have screen shots that I feel are relevant, showing the error code "One or more Output devices cannot be found! (Back left panel Back right panel Bottom left panel Bottom right panel) and "Launch Cancelled"

Starting the games from steam directly etc does not fix the issue.

Looking for any help or guidance regarding where to start, I did reseat all the connections, and I have separated the power supplies for just the belt and seat to their own UPS on a dedicated 20 Amp circuit. I also changed added a second powered USB hub and put only the seat and belt into that hub, to no avail.

Thanks for any help
