Is it possible to run a SIMAGIC P-HPR Haptic Pedal Reactor alongside Simvibe?

I'm looking to possibly buy one of these to get wheel lock up effect, can I run the Simhub software along side Simvibe?

Yes. It's possible. We go out of our way not to interfere with other software and have implemented quite a few features to ensure that less evolved software doesn't step on our toes. As a rule, simply start Sim Commander before other software to avoid issues. More detail here: Compatibility With Other Hardware & Software
