I built a custom larger wheel, for more vintage racing, that's 350mm.

It still works if i just crank up the ffb. But i haven't been able to dial it in realistically yet. It feels like i still have too much leverage and i can save the car from too many spins thanks to having too much leverage to overcome the force feedback.

Not a huge deal.

But i was wondering if there are any profiles someone can share, or recommended settings for a larger steering wheel.

The default wheel rim is 320mm, so you aren't terribly far off with your 350mm. You might try changing the mode to Responsive in the AccuForce section of your Sim Commander profile.
