hi 

I have just bought a stage four (could be an old one), looking at  some of your posts, it mentions glide pads under the balls I dont have these ,but there is grooves in the steel plates, what material is the pad made out of, and  if I  do need them, do I need them back and front, I can lay my hands on most stuff or is it better to get them of You Guys, remembering im in England GB  

also the two yellow vibration rubber mounts on the back seat actuator bar bolted to the base what are the dimensions of these and what are they made off as I cannot find mine
