I have just reassembled my stage 4 motion rig after a few years of having it in storage and I'm wondering what I would use to lube the actuator arms? They seem stiffer than I remember and am assuming that they would need some type of lubricant (the seat doesn't move at all when the power is off. I recall the seat falling to the side on it's own when powered off, now it just sits stiffly, dead center, with the power off).

I also noticed that the seat does not have any forward degrees dip and only seems to tilt backwards and to the sides. I recall there was forward motion as well past the seat level or am I mis-remembering? I'm guessing this might be due to needing to oil the actuators as well?

You shouldn't need to oil the actuators.

Even new actuators won't fall to one side on a seat-mover style sim with the actuators unpowered.

The forward movements of the seat come largely from the braking effect. You can try turning up braking intensity.
