Hi

Not had a reply on my ticket since Nov 26 that I can see, I have sent further messages and wouldn't mind some sort of response guys. I have a simulator that I cant use at the moment. If I need to update some hardware or something let me know, but at the moment its just expensive scrap iron for me lol. Im disabled and cant drive sim cars due to leg issues with the pedals, but I can still enjoy flight sims, so I would very much like to get this sorted. I appreciate Im an old customer and I bought the rig and the accuforce etc etc a long time ago, but even a 'Sorry cant help you' reply would be something :)

Cheers

Brian

HI Brian. All customer support inquiries are responded to within 1 business day. Perhaps we aren't receiving your email or there is a typo in the email address? The easiest way to avoid this possibility is to put a ticket directly into the queue with this form:  Helpdesk Team | SimXperience® Full Motion Racing Simulator Technologies
