Hi

I have a Stage IV Rig, its all working fine in racing sims but in Flight Simulator 2020 the right actuator (when seen from the rear) does not move, it stays locked in it 'mid' position without moving at all. I have done all the usual resets / restarted PC etc, but the actuator calibrates fine at startup and works fine in driving sims??? lol. Im assuming this is either a setting I have missed or a software/telemetry issue?

Also is it possible to add 'launch in VR' to DCS and FS2020? Im disabled now and cant use my legs much, hence going from driving sims to flight sims where I can mitigate the limited use of my legs, so FS2020 and other flights sims are quite important to me ;)

Hi Bernie, hope your well! Yeah the legs issue is a pain, but many worse off :) I just tried it again with a newly discovered profile and its still the same, its  also the same on DCS too!!! But fine on calibration and in car sims, guessing its something software poss at my end, but im stumped! I have opened a ticket earlier this morning so awaiting a reply :)

Sorry to hear about your disability. I've not personally seen that problem so you might just have something wrong in your profile. I would suggest resetting the profile to defaults. You could also delete the profile and then auto-detect again. If that doesn't work for you, please open a support ticket.

I have done as suggested with very odd results!
plus a full reinstall of SimCom 4.5, very strange results.

1) I had deleted all the original 'car' settings in the seats profile and just added 'Pitch angle' and 'roll angle' from the standard flight effects, this leads to the left actuator being 'imobile'

2) Once I reset the profile and all the car settings returned, the left actuator now moves a little but only a few millimeters as if it was only adding 'bump' effects, adding the flight effects and disabling the car effects had no improvment

3) whilst flying moving my mouse sent the seat crazy with lots of movement (again mostly on the right actuator)

5) The seat and traction loss always calibrate fully at start and seem to be working fine!

Hi

I tried a few things, new USB lead and port (I know a bit desperate but it has been the cause of crazy issues in the past) but no luck at all. The only setting that works both actuators evenly is the car setting 'cornering' If this is the only setting 'switched' to on both actuators work together in an even movment. If however I add say 'pitch acceleration' the left had actuator locks up! Also moving the mouse sends the seat crazy still????
