rFactor 2 gets no FFB for Accuforce Pro V2

I opened a ticket but also wanted to post and see if anyone has an idea. 

I uninstalled SC4 from the C drive and reinstalled to the D drive where Steam games are. I pointed the SC4 toward the Steam/Steam.exe when prompted. 

SC4 created buttons for rFactor and will launch the game fine. 
However, I have no FFB for Accuforce Pro V2
Please advise. thanks
