RaceRoom Not fully launching from SC4

About a month ago RR stopped fully launching from SC4. The game comes up, but SC4 indicates that it's still starting. I can operate the came but there is extremely muted force feedback (barely noticeable and doesn't change based on SC4 adjustments). All other sims remain fully operable (AC, ACC, AMS2, rF2, etc.). I've verified the local Steam files. Thoughts? Thanks
