Multiple Accounts

My orginal purchase of the V2 and the associated license code is linked to an account that no longer exists on the Simexperience platform.  My current account which was used to purchase a subsequent button box and formula rim is not linked to the license code and as of this morning, I can no longer start the SC software.  How do I go about linking my original license code to my current account?  I have the orginal V2 invoice and SC license code but I can't seem to link the old code with my existing account.  Help please!

Please email customersupport@simxperience.com and include non-public specifics such as the email addresses on both accounts and what product you purchased, etc..
