Manually Delete Incomplete Game Profiles?

Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can delete some profiles that inadvertently got created, but the setup was not completed and now I am prevented from clicking on the buttons to edit settings for this profile from the home screen?

See example below.  It is impossible to click on the delete/export/duplicate, and I can't access settings to assign a game plugin and then remove it.

Is there a config file somewhere I can edit to get rid of this?

If you hover your mouse over the grey header with the profile name, the buttons appear and you can then click the delete button.
