I have not been able to use simbive for 3 days.

Since I formatted the pc, I went to enter the license and it tells me that it is no longer valid.

I'm still waiting for the solution.

I have 3 tickets started and emails sent, and talked about the purchase chat.

And I am still waiting for the solution.

How difficult is it to generate another code or enable the one I have?

I remember you used to fix it instantly, which surprised me.

What else do I have to do?
