Is it possible to launch the in game overlay for Iracing in VR so that I don't have to take off my Oculus Rift every time I want to make adjustment in Sim Commander profiles ?

I'm sorry, it is not currently possible, as Windows does not yet have a standardized method of overlaying VR or even a standardized method of displaying VR for that matter. This is like the early days of sound cards when each sound card maker had their own drivers and game developers had to add special support for each sound card produced. It was a buggy mess and a testing nightmare for game developers until Microsoft created a standard for sound on the Windows platform that all sound card had to conform to. Some day we'll see something similar for VR, at which point there will hopefully be other innovations that span VR manufacturers such as overlays, etc..
