launching in game overlay for iracing

So, after a two year lay off from sim racing, I'm jumping back in but have forgotten some things. I want to play with intensities for my Acuforce V2 while in iracing. What key combination do I use to launch the in game overlay?

You just move the mouse to the very bottom oif the screen. This will cause a red bar to appear. Simply click the red bar to show/hide the HUD menu.

Hello, my red bar only appears when I exit full screen mode. When I go back to full screen my HUD disappears. Advice?
