Accuforce Cannot Be Found

After adding some new components to my Sim Lab P1X my Accuforce cannot be found per iRacing. The Sim Commander software said "One of more outputs cannot be found(AccuForce Steering Wheel).All it will let me do is steer with the mouse. 

Any ideas?

Even if it doesn't look like it, one of your exterior cables is partially undone.  Power off the Accuforce.  Then disconnect and reconnect the large diameter cable and the usb cable to the box with the Accuforce's fan/power supply.  Almost guarantee it...
