SimCommander 4 set up wizard can't find my actuators.

SimCommander 4 can't find my actuators.

I have 2 PCs. The older one is my desk computer and the newer one is my gaming computer.

The desk computer died so I moved my gaming computer over to my desk and bought a new gaming computer.

I downloaded SimCommander 4 to the new gaming computer.

I went back to the old gaming (now desk) computer and uninstalled the SimCommander 4 license.

I enterd the license code into SimCommander 4 on the new gaming computer and it took me to the Setup Wizard.

I entered my rig type (3 or 4 - 3DOF)

On the next page all of my actuator boxes are blank. The drop downs are also completely blank. (See picture)

I saw something about if you have SX-4000 motion adaptor entries in device manager to right click and update drivers.

I downloaded SX-4000 drivers and when I tried to install them it said I already have the newest driver. (See picture)

Everything worked perfectly with the old gaming computer. NO physical changes to the rig were made.

Control box is energizing actuators (seat can't be moved with power on) so I know that part is still working.

New gaming computer is Windows 11. Old one was WIndows 10.

This has to be some simple software or device issue but it has been so long since I have dealt with any of this stuff I can't figure out what it is.

I appreciate any help anybody can give me. My rig has worked SO well for years that this is really frustrating.

The drivers aren't fully installed. This section of your screenshot is the clue:

Those should be setup as SimXperience USB actuator ports.

You can try right-clicking them and telling Windows to install the drivers or you can follow this driver tutorial: https://www.simxperience.com/slides/slide/sx-4000-driver-installation-73
