How do you download a older version of simcommander if possible

Ive recently updated my simcommander to latest version and it feels terrible and will not stop violently jerking when changing gears, even after turning the effect off on gear changes it still jerks. Its like the wizard is doing nothing after auto tuning after a few laps.
