How do I check my order status?

How do I see the status of my order payment and/or deliveries?

At the top of any web page, click your icon an the top-right, then select 'My Account'. From the My Account menu, select sales orders.


You will see your invoice status and delivery order status in your sales order details. Here is a direct link to your 'Sales Orders": https://www.simxperience.com/my/orders
