Hello everyone,

I recently received my G-belt and integrated it into my rig. Coming from a 3DOF D-BOX motion system, my initial impressions are a bit mixed. I’m trying to bridge the gap between "this is amazing" and "this isn't quite what I expected."

I think part of my confusion stems from the split left/right belt movement. To me, it feels a bit unnatural. I’m looking for a more unified tensioning feel.

Specific Questions:

  1. Linked Tension: Is there a way to set up the left and right effects so they act as one? I want both belts to react simultaneously/equally rather than splitting. How do I configure this in the software?
  2. Cloud Profiles: What exactly are these? Are they official game profiles from the developers, or community-driven profiles uploaded by other users?
  3. Profile Sharing: Does anyone have a solid profile for Le Mans Ultimate (LMU) or iRacing? I’d love to try a "proven" setup to see if it fixes my mixed feelings.
  4. Gear Change Effect: I added the "Gear Change" effect in Sim Commander, but I’m not feeling any physical feedback in LMU or iRacing. Is this effect supported in these titles, or am I missing a setting?

Appreciate any tips from fellow motion users on how to make the G-belt sing alongside a D-BOX!
