I have started to notice that my wheel feels like it is completely losing force feedback for a split second and then regaining it immediately.  This results in a choppy feeling and I can't seem to narrow down why it is happening.  The esses at road Atlanta in iracing are almost guaranteed to do it but if I just weave the wheel back and forth down the back straight it usually feels fine and doesn't always have the issue.  It will also happen on ovals with different cars.  

I'm not using the cloud option and I am using foundation.  Would one of those settings be able to tune this issue out?
