Wheel not charging with coiled cable

Avatar

I have not been able to have the wheel charge any longer when connected via the coiled cable. Is there an alternative method?  Thanks in advance for any advice or suggestions.

If your coiled cable is damaged, it could prevent proper charging. There is also a USB-C port on the back of the wireless wheel button box that you can charge it with. USB-C is common on many phones.

It is best to use a USB-A wall adapter and then connect a USB-A to USB-C cable. This ensures that you aren't using a smart charger than is purposed for just phones.

Here is what the wall adapter would look like:

Most everyone probably already has a half dozen of these at home.

Thanks for the response, figured it out last night!! Biggest issue was to just delete the wheel and then add it back and everything worked great after that. Cable is fine too. Appreciate you all answering questions!!!
