New version os Sim Commander will not accept my login information

My sim commander logged me out and when I try to go in it says that my password is incorrect. I made a ticket and the ticket says that if I'm having issues logging in to download version 4.5.0.78 on top of my current version of the program. Yet I can't find a way to download that version on the website. The only option is to download the current version which I have erased and downloaded 3 time and on different days and I keep having the same problem.

Can anyone direct me how to find the previous version of the program and is this something that the developer team of the program is aware of and trying to fix? Because how would I know when I'm able to download new version without breaking it again.
