New simcommander installation every time I use it

Hi, I have a problem where my PC does not recognize the simcommander software and I have to install it fresh almost every time I race. I have to start from the installation wizard, go step by step in the installation process (configure sound cards, motion sim, etc) and then everything works fine. But then I turn off my PC, turn it back on and again simcommander appears to be uninstalled from my PC and I have to install it again. The simcommander icon is still on my desktop, but when I click on it, it takes me into the configuration wizard instead of opening simmcomander. Sometimes it doesn't happen as often as from one day to the other, but it happened yesterday and the day before. Any ideas how to fix this problem?

I do not have any Windows tasks running to clean the disk and I have not done a Windows recovery point reset. I use Windows 10 and it's up to date.
