Not happy that I am required to purchase a new license for Sim Commander. It has been over 5 years since I last used my Accuforce system that I purchased used back in 2015.
I have my old license key but when installing the software, it did not prompt for the license key as stated in the online Installation Manual. Upon contacting Support they could not find record of me or the license key that I provided them with. Support was prompt and pleasant, but stated they had changed their software management system and seems to have lost any information about the license that I hold. The only option is to buy a new one instead of grandfathering the old one.
Not great support for an excellent product.
