 The servo linear actuator system is unique in that the motor, encoder, drive and program memory are one integral unit mounted on the motor. The linear actuator drive mechanism has been developed so the screw and nut are optimized for high accuracy, long life and low cost performance.

Warranty

• Warranty is 12 months from date of shipment (when used in a SimXperience simulator)
• You may reduce your risk of wiring errors by using Power & I/O cables made by SimXperience
• SimXperience repairs for free the first time the customer has an issue
• for any subsequent issue with the same customer SimXperience will charge for repair (even within the warranty period)
• Repairable items may be a new controller, new shaft assembly, new front flange, and maybe others
• Non-repairable issues such as a broken drive pin (and others) are not covered by warranty unless the forces on your actuator are known, strictly defined and controlled
• Customer pays all freight, duty, taxes, etc. to and from SimXperience
  

Notes

• Actuators ship with SimXperience optimized actuator cables.
• Two actuators are required for SimXperience 2DOF motion bases. A third actuator is required if you are utilizing the Rear Traction Loss simulation add-on with a SimXperience Motion Base.
