Description

 The SCN6 series of Dyadic's Mechatronics Cylinder line offers a wide range of speed/thrust combinations and enviromental ratings. The line includes models rated for 20, 40, 50, and 60kgf of peak thrust, with top speeds from 100-200mm/s. Dyadic has developed the linear actuator drive mechanism such that the screw and nut are optimized for high accuracy, long life and low cost while delivering high speed and peak thrust. This blend of low-cost and high performance could only have been realized by the advanced technology of Dyadic Systems. These new product concepts give engineers a wider range of options to eliminate over-design.
Mechatronics Cylinders are available in a range of stroke lengths and are constructed using an extruded aluminum body with 303 stainless for the shaft and rod tip. IP-54 rated units include a dust wiper on the shaft and a muffler on the body, as well as silicone sealing all over the back end of the unit. Actuators can easily be operated via 24VDC signals from PLCs or relays, and can be connected in networks of up to 16 axes.

• for any subsequent issue with the same customer SimXperience will charge for repair (even within the warranty period)
• Repairable items may be a new controller, new shaft assembly, new front flange, and maybe others
• Non-repairable issues such as a broken drive pin (and others) are not covered by warranty unless the forces on your actuator are known, strictly defined and controlled
• Customer pays all freight, duty, taxes, etc. to and from SimXperience
